Great location but was still quiet when the windows were closed. Charming, old world feel.

The air conditioning system did not work well and we were there during a heat wave with someone in our group with severe asthma. The staff tried to fix the unit but it made very little difference.

I couldn’t have imagined a better location and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated! I fell in love with Prague staying here. The windows opened up for a fabulous people watching. The view was glorious and the sound of church bells was beautiful. It is right in the historic center and the building is part of history itself. The decor is upscale and luxurious and check-in and getting around is super easy. Right in between the astronomical clock and the Charles Bridge it is a perfect place to explore Prague.

Super clean and amazing location!

Location is great, very close to Charles Bridge. It's on the walking path from the old town to the bridge. My room was on the 3rd floor, so I didn't experience any noise issues. The room was very nice. I stayed on a Sunday, and the price was really great for the suite I stayed in (around 85 euros). You check in self-check-in, like with Airbnb. The building looks very beautiful from the outside; it's a historic building.

Check in process a bit annoying, you need to make online registration. I chose 2 people by mistake during the reservation and then their system asked me identity details for both person. And then my credit card was declined. I had to call their customer support for few times, they were great, assisted quickly. However, I did not have enough time and I had to deal with that when I was hanging around the city. They do not send the access code without a online checkin verification. That part was annoying.
