Outstanding service from staff at reception. We arrived early and was offered breakfast awaiting room to be ready.
Hotel is placed in a perfect spot close to everything, best recommendation.

The service is incredible. During our stay Ramona and Alex were especially attentive.
Only problem is the cooling system. We were in 203 and the room never cooled down. There was a heat wave the last two days so I would understand the strain. But I’m referring to before, the first three days. Staff did provide a portable fan and without it I couldn’t have stayed in that room.
