Inexpensive and clean. Vincenzo and Gianluca were great and helpful, Indian guy wasn't friendly and got annoyed at me speaking English? Weird.

The entrance is awful, trash downstairs and some steps, definitely not for handicapped people. Also, the room really needs an upgrade, very old furniture and bathroom.

Staff were so amazing with helping me feel welcomed & comfortable. Location was perfect as there wasn’t anything you didn’t within a minutes walk. Would highly highly recommend this place! P.S the aircon was amazing in the summer heat, ended up sleeping with the duvet because it got the room so cold!

The staff- After a long holiday period I wanted to stay in Naples for 5 nights and chose this place just for the beautiful pictures and facilities , It would be a long stay and I expected to have a comfortable and good time but the room was so different from I saw on booking.com and my stay was not such comfortable as I had expected it to be, so It affected me badly and I got disappointed when I explained myself to the staff , Luca listened me patiently that was incredible cause I wasn’t in a good mood and he kept his kindness towards me and then he tried to help me , did everything he could do, that was amazing he was so kind, helpful and welcoming and Nicola is as well, then I met with Angelo and Vincenzo on the second floor and they were also so kind , helpful and hospitable , I want to thank you all much for everything , for sure although the bad experience I had because of the room I would come again just because of this good attitude.
