Loved the house, location, value for the money.
I wasn't crazy about a $200 cleaning fee. But I understand not everyone will leave a house fairly tidy.

The functionality of it was perfect for our family needs. Just down the street from entrance to the beach. Plenty of space to house my family comfortably. Plus they had available outdoor games and sitting areas for all of us to enjoy
I will say there really isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Location great! Master and queen bed comfortable. So disappointed taking a bath was an issue. I needed the tubs to work for therapy reasons. I desperately needed the lyft to work! I needed communication about its nonworking function before I arrived. Communication was poor as to when it was fixed. Fix the gate of the doggie area. Little dog can’t be left in there the gap is too large.
Communicate!!! Linens and cushions are worn out.
