Serenity Now! Insanity Later...Seinfeld Fans: yes, you picked up on that correctly.
The house is so appropriately named as one gains a bit of serenity sitting on the deck and listening to the beach waves crash, or napping on the outdoor.. or indoor couch (wear its cold as ice) in the middle of a hot Texas day. Playing family games at the big table under the stars and soft lights, there is a lot to slow down and enjoy here.
Start at the deck:
• Ocean and Bay views
• Seating for 10+ for bird watching
• 4 captains chairs made for coffee drinking
• Wicker outdoor couch great for napping, Papa approved (he’s just
resting his eyes…)
• 10 foot - 8 chair bar height table with two 7 foot umbrellas (the big table)
Perfect for family dining
• Soft, outdoor lighting just bright enough to still see the stars at night
A walk through, when you raise the shutters and open the living room you will find:
• Denim love seat, couch, chair and ottoman
• Entry way table containing the garage key and manuals to various things
in the house
• 55” Smart Fire TV with family games stored in the cabinet.
Master Bedroom to the left:
• Queen Bed with a view of the ocean to your left. Great for mid-day naps.

The house was wonderful. It was beautifully done and very clean. The house was also excellently stocked with kitchen utensils. You might think of putting in a gate at the top of the stairs.

The owners have thought of everything! Best stocked kitchen we have ever had. Phone chrgers, games, extra pillows. The neighborhood was very quiet. Beautifully, tastefully decorated.

An absolute perfect home for our family vacation! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house is beautiful and so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to friends and family! Thank you!
