WINGS Penthouse Sleeps 10 - Optimise BNB

We loved the apartment, was much more than what we needed, recommend bigger groups. Upstairs there are two bedrooms however downside is that there is only an ensuite upstairs so the other room has to share downstairs. There were a few things we noticed were wrong, and we messaged the property owner as a heads-up. He was very lovely and appreciated the feedback. It was a good stay, we will be booking again for future events. We ended up with an emergency and had to check out half an hour later, and the host was very kind about it, gave us a call, and we just explained, and he was understanding, very lovely.

It needs a deep clean as its very dusty on the ceiling vents and many spider webs on the outside ceiling The master bedrooms bathroom door handle came off completely

Location was great

A few little things that were actually big things, all air co detainers and vents had LAYERS of thick black mould - which is very concerning for our health. The freezer was not working / on? The showers were dismal at best. Mould in corners, barely and water pressure and the first floor shower head was broken?? We couldn’t even use it. The floors and balcony’s were also very dirty too. We were disappointed with our stay.
