Location and apartment were fantastic and exceeded my expectations.
Air conditioning didn’t work properly, curtains in one room were damaged and the carpet had not been vacuumed properly.

Location was good. Apartment size was good for our family of 4. The outdoor facilities were great.
There were dirty towels in the bedroom closet and socks in the sofa. A dirty plate in the cupboard and the aprtment smelt like fish when we arrived. One shower and one basin were dirty. The floors around the sofa were dirty.

Location and view of the ocean was fabulous
Cleanliness, responsiveness and facilities. There were no dish wash and laundry chemicals and no tea coffee amenities. There was a cockroach in the kitchen. Called the staff and no one came till next day. The fire alarm went off and evacuation announcement with no one taking care of it. We called to request for a late check out, but no one bothered to call us back confirming the same. Very poor services. The only good part was the beautiful location and the view of the ocean.
