It’s location
Microwave didn’t work & I booked 3 room apartment for 6 people for 5 nights and during that stay only few toilet paper rolls and one towel each. Should have been more towel and toilet paper rolls for our stay and for 6 people(you can get extra paper rolls and towel for extra money, it should not be extra). Wind noise coming through windows were so annoying could not sleep but after my complaint they rectified it pretty quick.

Prime location! The pool and nearby shops were a win :) also lovely rooms and a good size apartment for my family and I.
As tourists with children and lots of luggage, it was a little annoying to have to collect and return the keys from somewhere else. Also, It would have been nice to have a pool towel.

We arrived late off our flight and no being familiar with the area, locating the key lock boxes in the mall was a bit stressful, and paying for the parking as there was cars queued at the Mirage hotel.
The spa didn't work, the ceiling fan didn't work, the washing machine overflowed when dloing washing and the mop was cheap and didn't do the job, the kitchen sponge was cut in half, left with a very small piece to clean with. essential items for example washing up liquid, toilet paper were very limited and for the price you pay, we expected those to be on the property.
