Aksular Hotel

Aksular Hotel was a very convenient choice for my one-night stay in Trabzon. The location is especially good if you enjoy exploring the city on foot. For me, the biggest advantage was being able to make a beautiful early-morning walk following Trabzon’s historical route — from the hotel towards **Trabzon Hagia Sophia, Gülbahar Hatun Mosque, Zağnos Bridge, Ortahisar and Fatih Mosque, continuing towards the historic centre and Meydan**. It is a great way to see another side of Trabzon, with some wonderful city and Black Sea views along the way — definitely plenty of Instagram-worthy spots. The hotel also works very well as a comfortable overnight stop on a longer road trip. I stayed here while travelling from **Istanbul via Samsun and Trabzon, continuing afterwards to Batumi and Tbilisi**, and for this kind of journey the location was extremely convenient. My stay at Aksular hotel was truly excellent. The property is modern, stylish, and very comfortable, located slightly outside the city center, which adds to its calm atmosphere. Despite being on the main road, my room faced the courtyard and was perfectly quiet in the evenings. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh options. I would especially like to commend the professionalism and kindness of Eyûp and the manager, David. Both went above and beyond to provide tourist information and were exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable - I honestly have nothing negative to say.

Hotel Aksular offers a fantastic experience overall, with modern facilities, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. My stay was quiet and relaxing because my room was on an upper floor facing the back courtyard. However, I can imagine that rooms facing the main road might experience some traffic noise, given the hotel’s location. While this wasn’t an issue for me, it’s something future guests might want to consider when booking. Aside from that, the hotel exceeded expectations in every way, and the staff’s helpfulness made the stay even better.

Mattress wasn’t comfortable at all we booked triple room one full bed and 1 twin bed the twin bed was very cheap foldable bed not a proper twin bed and wasn’t comfortable either the phone in the room wasn’t working and the reception would hang up on me we informed them that the phone is not working many times but they didnt even put any effort to atleast change the phone we asked for iron and they brought broken irone twice it kept leaking water on our clothes And we had a wheelchair no one told us that there’s a back door for the wheelchair until the last day one of the residents told us that there’s a back door very disappointing
