8.4 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The hotel was lovely, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Although it was a little far from the centre, the breakfast was delicious and enjoyable.
However, I was very disappointed by the lack of response to emails. Before the stay, I emailed the hotel asking if they could surprise my parents with a small cake for their 36th wedding anniversary. To this day, I have not received any reply.
This was particularly upsetting because it was a special occasion. Even if the hotel could not accommodate my request, a simple reply would have been appreciated. Guests should be able to expect a response when contacting the hotel by email.
