    We had a wonderful stay at Kresten! The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly lovely and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our swim-up room with a sea view was absolutely beautiful—especially at sunrise, which was truly unforgettable. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing, with breathtaking views all around. We especially loved the short walk down to the seashore—it was peaceful and scenic. The outdoor pool is also large and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding. The rooms were also cleaned very well throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! Shame the weather has changed but definitely a must stay hotel in summer!

    Very pleasant first impression Elegant, impressive, sparkling clean Receptionists were smiling and helpful Cleaning at an excellent level Pool super clean Snacks by the pool at reasonable prices Plenty of sunbeds by the pool, maybe thanks to the season (October) The location is completely useless, you only have to take a bus or car to get to shops, restaurants and beaches The bus stop right in front of the hotel is fine for this, the bus to Faliraki and the other way to Rhodes goes every 20 minutes, but when it is full, it doesn't even stop, so you wait for an hour Breakfast sufficient in terms of quantity and choice, until the end, but in such a hotel I expected higher quality The coffee is simply disgusting The two most serious flaws of the hotel: it has no beach (only a few sunbeds on the gravel by the tiny port) The restaurant has very poor management, lazy staff and many details that are dishonorable and unacceptable in a 4* hotel: since opening no tea spoons and saucers available, the place quickly fills up with guests who have nowhere to sit because the staff is slow and chaotic. What helps you if the waitresses (especially the short-haired blonde with a thick layer of makeup) shouts kalimeeera when there are dozens of uncleaned tables and you have to wait awkwardly for the staff to wake up and start working for a while. Otherwise, they are fine and talk to each other calmly and without stress. In addition, the tables in the most beautiful places are reserved for an hour or two, set for the chosen ones, the only ones having those saucers and tea spoons. And when there are a lot of people waiting, the waiters are able to clear away your food if you left the table for a while and went to get a coffee, for example. Leaky tablecloths? Please wake up, you are lowering the standard of the entire hotel! I extended my stay by two more nights, but I did so before I had breakfast for the first time. Unfortunately :(

    Veľmi príjemný první dojem Elegantný, pôsobivý, žiarivo čistý Recepční boli usmievaví a nápomocní Upratovanie na výbornej úrovni Bazén super čistý Občerstvenie pri bazéne za rozumné ceny Ležadiel pri bazéne dostatok, možno vzhľadom na dobu (október) Poloha je úplne nanič, ku obchodom, reštauráciám a plážam musíte len autobusom alebo autom Zastávka priamo pred hotelom je na toto fajn, autobus smerom do Faliraki aj opačne do Rhodosu ide každých 20 minút, no keď je plný, ani nezastaví, a tak čakáte aj hodinu Raňajky dostatočné, čo do množstva a výberu, až do konca, no v takomto hoteli som očakávala vyššiu kvalitu Káva je proste odporná Dve najvážnejšie chyby hotela: nemá pláž (len pár ležadiel na štrku pri maličkom prístave) Reštaurácia má veľmi slabý manažment, lenivý personál a veľa detailov, ktoré sú na 4* hoteli dehonestujúce a neprípustné: od otvorenia nie sú k dispozícii kávové lyžičky a podšálky, rýchlo sa zaplní hosťami, ktorí si nemajú kde sadnúť, lebo personál je pomalý a chaotický. Čo vám pomôže, že (zvlášť krátkovlasá blondínka so silnou vrstvou make-upu) kričí kalimeeera, keď tam stoja desiatky minút neupratané stoly a vy musíte trápne čakať, kým sa personál zobudí a chvíľu začne pracovať. Inak sú v pohode a pokojne bez stresu sa medzi sebou rozprávajú. Do toho sú stoly na najkrajších miestach reserve aj hodinu alebo dve, prestreté pre vyvolených, tam majú aj tie podšálky aj kávové lyžičky. A keď už čaká veľa ľudí, čašníci sú schopní odpratať aj vaše jedlo, ak ste stôl na chvíľu opustili a šli si napríklad pre kávu. Deravé obrusy? Prosím, zobuďte sa, dávate dole úroveň celého hotelu!

    Not share what hotel grading is used in Greece but this hotel does not deserve 4 stars. I wish I did proper research and read the real reviews before booking. My a/c (fan actually because I don't believe that was an ac) broke on the first night so hardly slept. It was "fixed" I guess to hotel standard but it was uncomfortable for me every evening. trying to communicate this to reception and the engineer was like pulling teeth. the bed linen was cheap, the mattress and pillows old and warn out. Breakfast was lacking and customer service was non-existent. this hotel also does not provide the bare essentials to be considered 4 stars. not even one tea bag! nor an iron. please be aware that you will have to buy everything when you get there. Not even a welcome bottle of water was provided.
