Ella Elissa - Adults Only

The hotel is beautiful, the view from our room was beautiful. There are lots of different pools you can use, the main pool is noisier with lots of people and music but the smaller pools outside blocks of rooms are much quieter. There are also lovely cabanas that look right out to see which are beautiful to lay on. The staff were all super friendly and accommodation, nothing was too much. The location is great, its just a 16 Euros taxi to the old town where they are loads of bars and resturants, which is great for a change of screnery and something different to the hotel meals.

The all inclusive food, all the meals feel very similar. There was nothing wrong with the quality of the food but its just all too samey. The drinks at the pool bar were bad, they all tasted like water. The drinks from the actual bars were much better. This hotel was adults only and we chose that as we didnt want to be around noisy children , the hotel right next door was the sister hotel and this was a family hotel. We paid for a suite, and the view was beautiful however it wass on the side next to the family hotel and the afternoon entertainment was so loud it definitly ruined the serenity of the view and quietness we had paid for.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The buffet and restaurants were delicious, many pools to choose from, nice beach and great room. The staff were so helpful and lovely and made the experience as perfect as could be. Thoroughly enjoyed having drinks and food by the pool. Drinks were not weak and the pool food was surprisingly very tasty. I’d recommend the gyros and the Greek Style chips. We also ordered room service once which came within 20 minutes and was also very good! We also played tennis and did a complimentary morning yoga session next to the sea. This is a very chilled out and romantic resort, so don’t expect entertainment at night. We spent our evenings dining, at the bar, by the sun-beds and heading to the room at around 10:30pm. Would love to come back here.

The main pool is very in demand and people are always reserving their sun beds with their towels for hours on end. You have to come early if you want a spot by the main pool. If you’re not fussed about being at the main pool then there is really no issue finding sun beds as there are many pools around the hotel.

We stayed at the Ella Elissa resort as a family of eight and booked one beautiful suite for four people and two Deluxe rooms, all with the all-inclusive package. We had a truly amazing experience. The hotel staff were extremely kind, helpful, and service-minded. The food was very good and offered a wide variety, both in the main dining room, in the restaurants, and through room service. The pools were excellent, the private beach was beautiful, and the bars were also very impressive, with professional bartenders and cocktails of a very high standard. The location, close to the city, was also very convenient. Overall, everything was excellent. One of the things we appreciated most was the feeling of generosity and warm hospitality throughout the resort. With every request, the staff made us feel that they were genuinely happy to help and always tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would especially like to mention the Guest Services Team, led by the wonderful Amalia. They were always available and responded to every request we had. We probably gave them quite a lot of work with our many requests, but they always helped us with a smile and with endless patience. They also regularly checked that everything was fine and that we were satisfied with our stay. I would also like to mention Klio and Elisavet, who were very helpful and provided us with excellent service. This resort is really something special. We will definitely return. It is, without a doubt, the best resort we have stayed at.
