We had a mixed experience at the hotel. The resort itself is beautiful. The facilities are excellent, with amazing pools, water slides, and well-maintained public areas. Everything outside the rooms was clean, spacious, and enjoyable. The staff were kind, professional, and genuinely did their best to help whenever we needed assistance. One policy I found disappointing is that guests are not allowed to take coffee or breakfast from the dining room to enjoy outside. The breakfast area was extremely noisy and crowded, making it difficult to have a relaxing meal. The only breakfast I truly enjoyed was the first morning when I arrived early before everyone else. Unfortunately, the rooms were a major disappointment. They are very outdated and in urgent need of renovation. We had to change rooms three times because they were simply too dirty. Eventually, we settled for the least dirty room available. The rooms showed signs of water leaks, mold, mildew, stained bathrooms, and old furniture that looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1980s. Everything felt worn and yellowed. None of this is reflected in the hotel’s promotional photos. When we arrived, the room phone wasn’t working and we didn’t even have hot water. To the hotel’s credit, the staff responded quickly and fixed the issues, so this is not a criticism of the employees. They were genuinely helpful throughout our stay. However, for a five-star hotel, I expect clean, well-maintained rooms. Cleanliness is one of the most important factors for me when choosing a hotel, and unfortunately, this property fell far below that standard. Because of the condition of the rooms, I would not return to Lindos Imperial, despite its beautiful facilities and wonderful staff.

An amazing week has just been spent at the property. Huge footprint with many pools and a la carte restaurants, serving absolutely amazing quality foods. The staff were very friendly but exceptional mention must be made of Agnes (Guest Relations) and Alex (Waiter, main bar) who were so genuine and passionate about providing guests with a very personal experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble in spite of many demands on their time. An absolute credit to themselves and the hotel. We will definitely be returning! :-)
