Helpful staff and a good location.
The bathroom window in our room was a little difficult to close all the way, but that also could have been user error, as they are a different style of window than we are used to.

The cleanliness! One of the cleanest hotels I have seen. Family owned with very friendly staff.
Limited breakfast options and coffee made in a automatic machine (not using real milk for the cappuccino/cafe au lait). Not what I expected from a hotel in France (where you usually get excellent coffee everywhere).
