L'alloggio si trova in una buona posizione; infatti dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dal santuario, 200 m dall'ufficio del turismo e a meno di 100 metri dal supermercato. È dotato di cucina con frigorifero e forno a microonde. Il bagno, caso molto raro in Francia, ha anche il bidet e due lavandini.
Da aggiustare la serratura della porta di accesso alla palazzina, illuminare meglio le scale, aggiustare la cerniera della finestra del bagno, fornire l'occorrente per fare la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti, indicare in maniera molto più evidente su Booking che l'aria condizionata è a pagamento.

Lourdes war eines meiner Ziele auf meiner Pilgerreise durch Frankreich mit dem Fahrrad, und ja also ganz ehrlich: Auf diesen Pilgerort kann man verzichten, alles nur durchschaubarer Kommerz im Gegensatz zu der Wirtin und der Unterkunft. Ich kam in strömendem Regen mit dem Fahrrad an und wurde überaus zuvorkommend, freundlich empfangen von der Mer Elvira in ihrem alten Haus mit Ambiente in dem ich wie ein Murmeltier geschlafen hatte.
