    We spend one week at this hotel, it is very close to the school our daughter went to;the staffs are very friendly, the guests we met here are so nice； We love the atmosphere of this hotel, easily make new friends, and happy to chat with them to know nearby restaurants and Thai boxing gym. The swimming pool is clean and cool, we swam at twice morning and evening while we stayed. We definitely enjoyed our stay here

    This is our second time here at the hotel. First time was great, this time is totally horrible. We were accused for broken a table glass in room 101, when the actual fact we did not. In fact the hotel is already run down. The sink in our bathroom is leaking. The towel handle is broken. The chair/sofa outside our room is old and also run down. The patio at the common area is a mess. For being here for the second time, we just ignore these short-coming. It's the biggest mistake we did for not pointing this out these earlier when we checked-in. We left the room in pristime condition, we made the bed and group the rubbish. When the receptionist called us when we are about to leave, we were wondering what went wrong and she pointed out the broken glass table! We could've just left, but we stayed and trying to explain to her. At the end - we had to pay 3000 baht for something that we didn't do. Feels like we get scammed by the hotel. Very disspointed! Never again we will step into this hotel. To anyone else who planning to stay here - please get the receptionist and yourself to go through the room together and immediately raise up if there's any issue. Horrible experience
