    We had a great stay and were given the best customer service even if there’s no reception desk, you can reach them 24x7 through the phone and will assist you as much as they can. Propery was also very clean and location was excellent as it was very close to the bus station and to the city center. We highly recommend this property.

    We needed a budget and private stay for a night and discovered the capsule hostel. Very innovative and budget friendly near Ljubljana station

    We thought this was a quirky little sleepover for a night. Turned out that the capsule had no air-conditioning as advertised in agoda. Not even ventilation so most people slept with their doors open. Not really safe and still hot as well. We did not get much sleep at all due to light beeing on all night and noise from other travellers. Amenities were nice and clean though. Maybe good for winter but a definite no go for summer in our opinion.

    There was no one at check-in, everything had to be done online, the phone number posted at the front door was wrong, and they kept saying the reservation was wrong, and it took almost two and a half hours for someone to come and fix it. I had such a hard time checking in that I had no thoughts.
