Hotel is well placed in the nightlife part of town. The drawback is the construction going on around the general area and a large nightclub opposite that seems to go on all night. Another drawback is no TV, but they do have internet connection. There is only one room with a window, and it is very noisy overlooking the nightclub.

Very well placed in Kampot, walking distance to many spots (and ability to park a bike if you hire one). Very friendly, helpful (arranged a good value return bus to Phnom Penh) and English-speaking staff. Many food options just down the street.
Recommend you discuss with the owner about the various room options.

I stayed here on 2 occasions in Kampot and enjoyed the front room more for sure with a window. You got everything you need. Good wifi, bathroom kettle, coffee and water everyday. Nice and clean room too. I would recommend here to anyone wanting to be in the action spot.
