    Location is perfect, little apartment is sparkling clean equipped with everything kitchen needs. It is 100% self check in and out which was a bit of problem since I was on the go and missing access to WiFi. But with everything the place offered it is a minor glitch, just make sure you do it ahead of time.

    Nice location, easily access by bus and Yui rail, lots of shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel provides detergent with washing machine. There's towels and toothbrushes. Everything along with the kitchenette is okay except they don't have chopsticks. Also you need to bring hangers since they only have 3 in the room(and my stay is for 10 days)!

    Upon checking in we noticed ant trails in all the rooms. Some were along the sideboards and even on the bed. Told hotel staff about our problem and they provided bug spray as solution. Often times we found ants on our clothes or luggages. No compensation or change of room was available. The room was dusty in all the corners and the bed stand had clusters of dust that seem to not be cleaned for a long time. The toilet had a smell as if it was not cleaned either. I don’t recommend if you value cleanliness or have severe allergies. On the other hand, the location and value is superb if you don’t mind the aforementioned qualities and only staying for a very very short period of time.
