Very basic facilities but generally comfortable and clean. The room does not have a window so it can get rather stuffy at times. Would recommend to bring a portable fan if it bothers you. There is no kettle in the room but hot water can be obtained from the bar at the first floor. Good location as it is directly above the arlanda airport express. Had difficulty trying to find the entrance on the first day. Would recommend to locate the platform with the arlanda express waiting area and walk to the end of the platform (head in the opposite direction of the eateries) and there is a lift at the end of the platform that takes you to entrance on the left and up the stairs after you exit the sliding doors.

The hotel itself is nice hotel and at a great location, just 2 min walking from terminal 5 and Skywalk; My room was clean and comfortable, except for the temperature: It was freezing cold although the temperature was set to 23,5 degrees and the fan was switched off. It was not possible to regulate the air condition to a comfortable temperature. What else I really didn't like at all were the circumstances at the restaurant at dinner time. I was very difficult to find a clean table, although many tables were not occupied. I was sitting amongst dirty tables filled with smelly leftovers, e.g. spaghetti, ketchup, french fries. During my 45 min stay there nobody came to remove these and clean up the tables. There was no space to put your leftovers / dirty dishes. I saw people putting leftovers and dirty dishes to other tables and cleaning 'their' table with a napkin and mineral water. This was so disgusting!!!
