My family and I decided to stay here after reading the reviews. Firstly, we don't usually stay at home stays, but thought it would be a good experience being in ninh binh.
Rooms, facilities and service were adequate. The home stay is located on a small road, so cars and buses cannot access. Every tour or p/u and drop off with grab had to stop on the main road because the roads there are narrow.
I had to deduct one star due to coordination with the owners. Although nice, they seem to be overwhelmed, running around trying to coordinate with other members of the family. Dealing with them was very unorganized and chaotic/confusing at times. Overall, decent stay.

Love this place! A little tucked away but actually steps away from everything. Comfy bed! Hot shower!

The family there is amazing and the room was excellent. The locations is perfect and in the heart of it all as well. They had a great deal on a scooter and the area is full of fun exploration.
