The Hostel is close to everything and very central.
Also, the beds are big and the rooms have a lot of extra space.
The bathrooms are distante from the rooms and very uncomfortable to take a shower

Location and the atmosphere was the only good thing
The AC in the room are not working. They keep the AC off entire day and when they switch it on at 6pm the room is still hot and suffocating.. and this was very annoying because Ninh binh itself was so hot and humid you’d just want to come back to an air conditioned room and that luxury was taken away too
