We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very responsive; they met us at the parking lot and took us to the place after we parked. The property had a town view, is 5 min walk to the LM beach, a hot tub, and breakfast delivered to the room. Highly recommend!

What an amazing place. We had a room with a private jacuzzi on the top floor - so wonderful to get home after a long day walking and enjoy the private pool. The staff were incredible- always willing to help and with recommendations. A huge thank you to Claudio who made us so welcome and also Alexia - first class service
The train station is only a 10 minute walk and trains to Monopoli are cheap at £2 each way and only a 5 minute journey
This hotel is high quality and we will definitely return

As with many things in life, it’s the people who make the difference, and that was certainly true here. We had a minor issue with our room, but the staff and manager were incredibly kind and apologetic. They immediately offered an upgrade to make things right. While we didn’t feel the upgrade was necessary (we actually loved our room), their willingness to go above and beyond really stood out and spoke volumes about their commitment to service. So thank you Musae Relais & Spa!!
