Location is amazing, everything is super close. The balkony is also great (tho it gets very hot during the day)

The bathroom did not feel clean and would need a renovation. The water in the shower also randomly changes temperatures to the point that it gets so hot one cannot stand under it. There is also not too much space for luggage.

Location The apartment's location was exceptional. It sits near the town center but on quiet, peaceful streets, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions in Polignano a Mare. The peaceful setting combined with convenient access is a real highlight. Amenities & Spaces The terrace was beautiful and a wonderful place to relax. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Staff & Service The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. When we arrived early and needed to store our luggage before check-in, they immediately provided us with a key to a storeroom. Their friendly and accommodating approach made our arrival smooth and stress-free.

Bathroom/Shower The shower could use some attention. There was a small amount of mold visible in one area of the shower. While it wasn't excessive, a more thorough cleaning of the shower area would enhance the overall experience and also water gets out of the shower, even though we were trying to close the door as best as possible

Amazing location, host was attentive when something went wrong she was quick to fix. The apartment itself was perfect for a small break easy to find, luggage storage and nice decor. Hairdryer was good and we was able to check in early on arrival. We didn’t meet the host directly but I met her mother she was so lovely, very friendly, smiley and easy to speak with. The aircon was great and needed in the heat.

Sadly it took a long time to get check in information, I only received this 10 minutes prior to getting to the property I was told I could leave my luggage there but there was no key, thankfully the host then said our room was ready early (bonus!), we left our please clean note outside the room every day and it was never cleaned, we even run out of basics (toilet roll), I had messaged the host and this was quickly fixed within the hour the cleaner gave us some toilet roll. There was no milk for tea, and just 2 small waters on arrival so be sure to go super market before. There was also no check out information I had to chase on this too.
