room in bad condition

The hotel is in a terrible state. Things are falling apart, are dirty and moldy. It should be closed down or fully remodeled. The absolutely worst hotel we have ever stayed in-unfortunately. The current owner is probably still trying to get in a couple of last years of income and is not investing in upkeep and maintenance.

Yes they were only thing I didn't like about they charged me to park and utility paper documents for $30 plus my $100 deposit and $5 apart was not aware of

Older white lady in the front was racist. King bed was broken, uncomfortable and came with 3 baby pillows. Everywhere in the room was rusted, including the AC unit which wouldnt turn off or heat. Tv was broken to where it only leaned forward. The couch has stains all over it. Very disappointed stay.

The hotel looks nothing close to the pictures that they have on this site. The hotel looks ran down, it has roaches, the staff with the exception of one worker who checked us in was very rude. The toilet in room 516 was broken the water ran all night and when we went to the front desk to inform them that the toilet was broken they told us that they will be to fix it in the morning they did not get there until 10 minutes before we had to check out so we had to go to the lobby to use the restroom. This hotel needs to be shut down. It actually looked like it was abandoned at one point, but they did not put in the work to make this hotel presentable. Do not stay here

Everything was close by walking distance which is a plus.

This hotel needs to be shutdown permanently and fully renovated, all the things are old and outdated. Rooms are run down and in poor condition. Smells bad and have poor security and lighting. Appliances and electrical outlets needs updating and needs to be brought up to code. Smoke detectors look like it been there for 50 years. This place needs to be removed from any site providing service to the community. Do notnpick it due to the pictures, it’s a lie lie lie.

Infested with roaches i did not stay slept in my car at a rest stop instead

Hotels.com shouldn't even list this motel. It was the scariest place ive ever stayed. The locks on the door broken, entire place in bad need of repair. Broken furniture throughout toom, sketchy people staying there. Paying for parking was ridiculous its an open lot with no security.

The ambiance of the room. Good for one night sleep. Clean and quiet.

I felt blindsided by the $25 service fee

The room was nice but it was cold and I had no way of turning off the AC you can only put it on cool mode or heat mode but you cannot turn it off but overall the price was nice I was able to upgrade my room at the front desk which was good and the location was great

This is the dirtiest mismanaged hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of walking into. We were so disappointed we left asap and booked another hotel immediately. I’m truely disappointed that this hotel is on this sight and consider this fraud.

Checked in went to the room bed bugs bathtub needs to be tore out the wall looks like it's ready to be went right back downstairs checked out will be requesting a refund

The hotel was not as described in your advertisement No outside bar , No restaurant, No cafe, no beautiful blue pool, the tv barely worked The elevator wasn’t working had to go all the way to back of motel to use service elevator, there was banging alll day n night from maybe pipes idk It was terrible … NEVER would of stayed here

Really bad dirty and bad service thank god I got my refund at least they helped there.

This hotel is not ina great location, lobby was somewhat clean, but as we were checking in, the police were coming in for an issue with other guests, we started headign to the room but never made it, the first floor rooms looked very unkept the ac units were dirty and vents were missing with opening right into rooms...we never made it up the elevator! We just turned around and left after paying 45$ for early checkin!

Bad room and not helpful staff

The hotel is totally neglected, refrigerator door was on the floor. the staff member i dealt with wasn't nice and we had to leave the hotel after 5 min of checking in. everything in the room was dirty. we had to go head and ANOTHER HOTEL RIGHT AWAY

5th view of pine trees made it better. Racks for towels were rusty. Bed was good. Ice machine on my floor was not working; had to go 5 floors down to lobby to get ice. Inconvenient! Front desk staff was knowledgeable about the bus to the beach! Waffle House next door. Soso at best!

Toilet seat broken, every metal surface had rust, coffee maker wss in the room but no coffee. Breakfast was advertised but no offered. Horrible place

Room was dated ,staff was nice, large police presence

Upon arrival I was charged additional fees and for daily parking that had not been disclosed during booking. The lobby elevator broken and there was no signs advising guest that they would need to use the maintenance elevator behind the hotel. I was initially assigned a room that had a mirror that had fallen off the wall and displaced the baseboard. After recording and returning to the lobby pushing the loaded luggage cart, I was assigned a room that once may have been a suite. It had a small window air condition in front and in the bedroom. They were so noisy that it was very difficult to hear or sleep. The sign in the lobby stated no cooking and the fridge was unlevel and packed with ice. The door facing in the bathroom was rusty and the water pressure in the shower was a small stream. The ceiling over the shower was damaged and had visual displaced stucco that had fallen at some point. There were visible water damage on the the ceiling. The commode fillled to brim each when flushed suggesting in overflow. The room was had musty smell as well as the breeze ways. I asked if all faced the pool I was advised they didn't but was not offered a room away from the pool area. The check out desk refused to give me any documentation when I checked out earlier than anticipated and advised me that I would be checked out on Monday as per my reservation. I was told it may take 10 days for the additional room deposit to be returned to my account if there was no damage to the room
