Bedding was filthy and stained. The television was not working. Police activity

People loudlt playing music all hours in the parking lot. Room was dingy and mold in the bathroom. Paper thin walls with someone shouting all night. Uncomfortable bed with scratchy sheets.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful with getting us complimentary transportation to and from the airport. They also got us into our room early as we were exhausted from delayed and cancelled flights. There is a Wawa next door which is very convenient for food and snacks. The beds were really comfortable.

The room smelled very musty but was clean. Electrical plugs were not working for a cpap machine to be used. The check in was flawless.

Bathroom was dirty, bed bugs and it was very noisy and I had to get for work @3 for business

Room was nice but definitely in need of upgrades. Was very disappointed to find out that the airport shuttles aren’t available to early morning flights which I would of chosen a completely different hotel had I known that information in advance

Everything. I chose this hotel, which looked clean and had a pool, restaurant, and full bar, to fly in the night before a cruise. Nothing in the communications from hotels.com or the hotel itself indicated that there had a been a fire, the hotel was under renovation, the pool closed at 6 pm, and the restaurant and bar were closed. In fact, I got an email from the Days Inn while I was flying in reminding me of the restaurant and bar - several hours before I arrived. I was terribly disappointed. The neighborhood did not feel safe, I was afraid to stand outside my door. For food the staff suggested I cross a busy highway at night to a chicken place. The room was dirty, the bottom of the tub was black (cleaned but nevertheless black). The refrigerator was missing all the crosspieces on the door. The lamps were corroded and the light switches did not all work. There were stains on the bathroom floor. Although the staff were nice, I would rate this the WORST hotel I have ever booked through hotels.com, and I would like at least a partial refund. And although I know the shuttle to the port was an outside contracted service, the driver should be fired - he was rude to all the guests, and berated an older man using a walker - even calling him "stupid" - and the rest of us were quite upset. This was a bad experience. I look at the picture shown here and laugh - this was worse than a Super 8 or Motel 6.

Was unable to check in due to not having a bank card and $150 cash deposit and on top of that even though I was denied the stay was STILL charged the full amount of the room

We arrived early but were able to get into a room. My brother and I shared a King bed but it was big enough. The room was spacious and clean. There was no direct phone service to the front desk. We had to use my cell phone and call the local number.

The check-in staff very friendly and efficient.

Just a quick overnight. Lord of noise and traffic.

Only stayed one night and the place was just right

Bathtub could use a good scrubbing, went to take a bath to soak my aching feet and it was yellow. Corners of the tub had chunks of dirt on he rim. Other wise all was great. Super easy check in and check out.

Sketchy people around, next to loud highway, and trains.

Room clean. Easy in-out for an overnight. Didn’t use the pool, but checked it out. Nice enough and maintained regularly.

Hotel was old and although room updates looked recent, walls, exteriors and over look of property looked a bit run down and shady.

Very old, outdated, questionable for sure, didn’t feel quite safe, random $2 charge at check in, office staff wasn’t friendly. This was a heck no to staying at that hotel ever again.

The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. The shuttle wasnt available but she ordered us an Uber to the airport. We were asked if we wanted a smoking or non-smoking room and we requested non-smoking however the room had clearly been a smoking room at some point. My traveling companion had to use her oxygen due to the strong smoke odor.

Room was not clean and smelled of urine. Homeless people loitering in stairs and hallways. Office was run down and dirty and employees checking us in were rude and gave no information. Unsafe feeling as many rooms occupied by transient people and smelled of drug use. Would like to request a refund full or partial as we stayed less than 2 hours due to smell and condition of property.

The staff was polite, but the overall stay was disappointing. There was no working phone in our room, and despite calling the hotel office multiple times from my own phone for towels, no one ever answered. At one point, our room key even became inactive. We were also told we couldn’t have extra towels for the next morning, which was very inconvenient. The tub was dirty—I ended up having to clean it myself. The room was extremely humid even with the AC on. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay here again.

Staff was nice and room was clean. The door on room had a big space that let in too much noise. We had a front room toward the street which the traffic was very loud.

The office staff appeared tired and rushed. Working out of the temporary office seemed to be a challenge for them.

Only stayed overnight. My stay was fine.
