It was a very cute place at least for a single person. Very quiet and private access.

The owner was very nice upon us arriving.

The room is very small. There was little to no air circulation in the room even with the fan on max so we could not even stay there another night. The bathroom is so small you can barely turn in it, it was the tiniest shower I have ever been in. As well there was a trail of ants along the wall. Also the TV remote was missing so we could not watch TV. After we left, we called several times to the owner because I left my coat there. I left several messages and called about 5-6 times before I got a response.

Owners were fantastic and the property was just as advertised,

The pool could have been cleaner and the lights outside of my entrance were not working or on.

The location was in a quiet neighborhood with access to many restaurants.

This private room with attached bathroom and pool facility had so much potential. However, the pool area was clearly neglected for sometime and in need of care and repairs. The first night of our three night reservation we returned to the room to a strong marijuana smell that had entered in through the house ventilation system. The host admitted having used marijuana and that it was prescribed. He apologized and said would not do it again. Later that night we entered the room and a powerful smell of bleach nearly made us sick. We messaged the owner of the property to complain but she would not belief our testimony initially. Eventually she realized the facts were on our side but would not apologize nor offer a refund. We then made a formal complaint to Booking.com for a return of the remaining unused days. Still awaiting their final answer. UPDATE: I rarely do negative reviews online because from my reading of reviews they're typically, he says, she says, type of complains without much help to the reader. But the owner's answer to my review requires a reply. She insinuates, without proof, that more than two people were staying at the property. That statement alone speaks loudly of the lack of the professionalism of the person we were dealing with. If she had video, as she says, she would know that the third person (my son) was just helping me and my wife to unload the luggage out of the car at the time we checked in (about 7:30 pm). Shortly after that we all left the property but he never returned to it. I'd also like to make clear that after returning to the property about and hour later the smell of marijuana was never detected outside the room but was only present in the room. Finally, according to the owner the cleaning with bleach of the room happened after we had already checked in to the property and at no time were notified nor asked with all our luggage and valuables in the room. This looks to me as an invasion of privacy. Buyer beware.

Internet was sometimes not working.

I loved how quiet, private, and reasonably priced the stay was. The owners were also extremely nice, accommodating, and also helpful with local information. The backyard poolside was beautiful, private, and great for relaxing/tanning. location was very close to downtown night life. It was also amazing to have been able to use the grill to cook whatever we needed at the location, we only ate out 2 nights out of 6. I also loved that we could check in and check out upon convivence. We asked for the room to be cooler and the a/c was turned down for us, we also asked to borrow grilling utensils and meat seasoning and that was not a problem either. The bed was also EXTREMELY comfortable, so that was very nice for such a long stay.

There was nothing that we were unsatisfied with.

I disliked the fact that the pictures shows as if you have the whole home to yourself, which was an issue with the app not the owners. Loved them so sweet and a great stay! Loved the pool

Host and location were great would love to return.
