    Nice, basic hotel with varying staff - bar man was lovely as were the staff at breakfast - reception staff mixed Room was what we needed and free tea available on our floor but no coffee. Breakfast was very good with excellent selection although would be nice to have some gluten free breads available - to be fair we didn’t ask in advance and some may have been provided if we had

    Probably one of the best locations in the city because it’s central too a lot of the things that visitors would want to see. The hotel is in great shape and it was a good value.

    It was clean but it's older than it looks in the photos online and the beds were BRICKS

    They charge city tax on check in even though it had been paid via Agoda booking. Also, the staff ignore the request to change defected mattress in the room or provide alternative room - complained twice with no effect! Never again!
