You basically no contact with staff, only when you go down for breakfast on the first day when she ask the room number, after that she will ignore you the whole time.
Don’t bother including breakfast unless you like boiled eggs. My son did not even went down for breakfast for the 3 days that we were there because there was only boiled eggs and toast.

Great location in the heart of Porto, we were a quick walk away to the main city centre. Room was spacious and clean. Note the room is only cleaned every two days but we requested fresh towels and they were delivered quickly. We had an issue with our safe and the hotel was responsive and sent someone to fix the issue right away. Luggage storage was provided which was very convenient. Only thing to note is this hotel does not have an elevator so if you are travelling with large bags I would suggest requesting a room on a lower floor. We did not select the breakfast as it seemed overpriced and instead walked to a local cafe that opened early a 3 min walk up the street.

Location is excellent. A roll of paper towels would be nice. Access to more coffee would be convenient. But excellent coffe nearby
