Wonderfully maintained and clean property. Good breakfast served by very friendly lady who looked after us throughout our stay. Very large room overlooking gardens with plenty of parking. Would not hesitate to book here again if we are in Great Yarmouth.

Room was large and spotless. Great view of the large gardens (Norfolk square) at the rear of the property. Sufficient parking at front with the option of street parking if no space on hotel land. Staff were helpful, room was cleaned whilst we were at breakfast. We were the only ones who used the spacious bar/lounge in the evening, but it was only open for a very limited time after 8:30. Maybe it’s open longer and busier in peak season!
Overall we had a lovely stay and I’d definitely stay here again if we’re back in Great Yarmouth.

Lovely welcome and nothing too much trouble. Lovely room, great bathroom modern. Great position to main north road.

We stayed in a lovely large double room, that was clean and tidy. All the staff we dealt with were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent and beautiful served by our waitress. And parking was no issue, parking available on the hotel forecourt or on Road parking outside.
