Everything was great- the gold experience was totally worth it. The private concierge, the breakfast and lounge access were fantastic. The room was very clean and pleasant. The spa was ok- nothing special in terms of the service quality.

My stay at the Fairmont was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Check-in was smooth, the room was spotless, and the attention to detail throughout the property really stood out.
The hotel itself is beautiful — modern, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with an incredible bed and great views. Everything felt high-end without being stuffy.
Amenities were top-tier, especially the pool and common areas, which had a great atmosphere. The location is perfect — walkable, central, and close to everything you’d want to experience.
Overall, this is exactly what you expect from a Fairmont: quality, comfort, and outstanding service. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium hotel experience
