In 10 minutes by car, you are in Tarpon Point or Cape Harbour. Both locations offer great restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, live music, shops, and more.
Then we have Walmart, Target, a movie theatre a ton more restaurants and bars, multiple parks and so much more about 5 minutes north by car.
If you rent or bring your boat, it takes you just about 20 minutes and you are on the river. From there you can either explore our gorgeous islands or you can go north and stop at downtown Ft. Myers for a great night out.
A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information for your arrival and we will arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager. During your stay, our property manager can always be reached via phone or by email.

As soon as you walk through the door of this gorgeous home, the warm and bright light and the stylish, well-chosen furniture make you feel welcome and at ease. On the patio you will find the most awesome furniture to relax and to enjoy our great Florida lifestyle and weather.
If you want to rent a boat or bring your own, you can tie it directly to the dock behind the house. In 20 minutes you are out on the river where lots of beautiful islands with amazing white beaches are waiting for you.
The house itself is in a gorgeous quiet neighborhood – and yet you are just walking distance away from great bars and restaurants. Everything is so convenient.
For days at the beach, we have beach chairs, a cooler, a beach umbrella, and beach towels for you to use.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a perfect meal for your loved ones.
All bedrooms are very well lit and inviting. The master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms are furnished with a king size bed. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 4th bedroom has a full-size bed.
There is a smart TV in the living room and on the patio as well as in the master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms. The bedroom with the full size bed does not have a TV.

Stunning and immaculately clean villa! Andrea was an incredible host, even when we had to call her at a silly hour. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent location for dining and driving, slightly too far up to have a boat for us with young children but that is just personal preference and nothing against this amazing villa.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our family and the kids loved the pool! We appreciated the little "extra's" it had with games, plenty of pool towels, pool floats, etc. Walking distance to stores and restaurants was a plus too.

This is our second stay at Sunset Hideaway and our favorite by far! This home has everything you could possible want in a vacation rental from the fully stocked kitchen, fantastic beds and pillows, coolers, towels, fishing poles, bikes, best outdoor living space and comfy couches. This home has it all.
Home is in walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars in downtown Cape Coral where something is always happening. Put this on the top of your list you wont be disappointed!

I can’t say enough great things about this property and owner. When we arrived the pool was a little cloudy due to rain. I contacted the owner and she immediately responded. The pool was clear the next day! This property is located in a great and quiet neighborhood. It is close to many beaches, restaurants and shopping. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need. It was clean and the mattresses were very comfortable with soft bedding. Andrea, my kids loved the house and pool so much that they asked if they could live there. 😁 We highly recommend this house and will definitely be back. Andrea, thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We had a wonderful vacation.
