Location is everything and this home has that.. you are a few minutes to the Yacht Club, Cape Coral Beach and restaurant. The amazing view of the extensively wide canal and a straight through boat ride to open waters. The home has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 + and a queen size pull out sofa in one of the guest bedrooms along with a queen bed. A full equipped kitchen and everything else you need for the comforts of home. The bedrooms are 2 on one side and master on the other. There are TV's in 2 of the 3 bedroom and the living area as well as free wifi. Master bedroom tv has cable so you can access local tv for weather and news all other tv's are smart tv's with Roku. Do not miss out on this home and we look forward to having you as our guest. The house worked perfect for our family (4 kids). Cindy is very attentive and helpful with any questions we had. The pool was perfect and there were extra beach towels for us to use for swimming. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Quick access to the bridge to get to Sanibel with a short 30 minute drive. We loved that the house had a private dock for fishing in the canal.

The place is exactly like the pictures, great location, great host. It’s quiet and peaceful, and made for a wonderful trip.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We spent hours in the pool and watching the water. The house was very close to many beaches and things to do. Highly recommend this home!
