Cool off in the private pool, fire up the park style charcoal grill, or head into the game area for foosball and fun! Prep your drink of choice at the bar to relax and unwind in the Spa! Located in the desirable Ocean Sands Community, we are only a quick drive to local shops and restaurants!

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.
**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

The home is located in the Ocean Sands Community in Corolla. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your transportation!
Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150.
While we’ve aimed to capture the layout accurately in photos, some rooms may appear more spacious in images than they feel in person.
The pool will be open from 5/1 - 10/15. If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.
Payment Schedule:
50% due at confirmation
50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

It was a great weekend with a great location

We had a set of grand parents, plus three couples, and 6 children ages 2-15. I think we all had a blast. The pool was great. Distance to the beach was walkable. The kitchen/main floor was a great hang out place for the family with decent private rooms below. Just don’t walk heavy during quiet hours.
Notable things: we had an issue with a chair and the refrigerator. Management showed up within an hour! And fixed our problems. Also, they told us there was no pack-n-play, but we found three in the closets(?) Further they told us there was no wagon or beach chairs, but there was a wagon and 8-9 beach chairs. Not at all disappointed by this, but we did bring extra gear unnecessarily.
Would definitely rent for a family vacation again.

The property owners always responded to any questions and answered honestly (thats big for me). They are great hostess! The home was great. The pool wasnt open yet but the jacuzzi was available and cut on before we arrived (thank you). They had a short path to the beach which was a great walk with the family and the view of the water and homes once you walk up the steps was great! The only thing I wish I knew was the kitchen was on the 3rd floor because I had 2 family members that we had to assist to get up there. We did what we had to do with minimal complaints!

The home was as advertised. The home was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to messages sent in the VRBO app. We had a large group and everyone had plenty of space to relax. The beach is a quick walk away. The hot tub was nice. The pool was closed. Harris Teeter was the closest grocery store and there were a few restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely stay here again.
