This is a great affordable self service hotel. The room we got was for 6 persons but it was just me, my husband and 2 kids.
The kids loved it because it feels like a mini home vs a hotel. The beds are big and comfortable. The toilet and bath are ok. It is actually decent size for Tokyo standards.
The room is not modern/updated yet clean and comfortable. They provide indoor slippers and plenty of towels. There is shower and bathtub and kitchenette but there are no kitchen utensils - which they will already advise you.
The location is very quiet and safe to walk event at night. It is 8minutes walk from Iriya Station - Hibiya Line and is close to a lot of convenience stores and grocery stores.
There is a microwave at the first floor.
Get this hotel if you are not very particular with the amenities. Do not get this hotel if you expect a regular hotel experience with concierge/other usual hotel amenities.

Upon checking in, there was a staff that helped carry my luggage up from the very narrow staircase. This inn do not have a lift. Not recommended if you are travelling with 24’ above luggage. You will probably get a few bruises around your leg after arriving your room. Cleanliness was average. Room was rather small, not much place to hang your towels after shower, no rooms for luggage. The worst part was the staff visiting our rooms without our consent. I understand they probably were just trying to change the situation towels but it’s very inappropriate to enter guest’s room without any consent. There was no hanging door sign for us to use either. The beds were not done, only changing of towels. Since we are there for holiday, we did our fair amount of shopping. At this stage we won’t even know if we were missing a thing or 2. But I’m quite confident with Japanese’s ethics that they probably took nothing from our opened suitcases. Nevertheless, I still find it rude to enter guest’s room without any consent. Would I come back? Probably not, unless I’m travelling alone. Location is not the best either as u have to walk about 1km to the station.
