About this house rental
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just a short walk to Dickson Street or to The Downtown Fayetteville Square, both of which, have many restaurants, shopping, and watering holes. Just a few minutes to the University of Arkansas campus, if you are in town for a ballgame, check out the Stadium Shuttles, they run from the Library, just across the street, and from Dickson Street to the Stadium, this makes for a very convenient trip to Stadium.

Great property. The location was perfect. Enjoyed our stay, and loved being able to walk to Dickson and the Square for dinner. Comfy beds. Would stay again.

We were in town for our son's college graduation and the house was the prefect place to stay. The home is well appointed with everything we needed and it made for a great place for our family spend time together. The location is extremely convenient and an easy walk to the college campus, Dickson St., and the walking trails. I highly recommend this place!

We loved the house and its proximity to town square, restaurants, and the University. The only down side was that there were several missing light bulbs (the owner brought replacements the next day) and missing soap in the sinks areas - otherwise it would clearly be a 5-star location.
