This is the ideal location that is within an easy walk to the University of Arkansas, Dickson Street, Walton Arts Center and Wilson Park as well as the NW Arkansas Greenway trail for biking, running or a leisurely stroll.
Guests enjoy the breezeway for morning coffee, afternoon refresher or where friends gather for a night cap. The balcony off of the upstairs master suite is a great quiet place in the trees to start your day or unwind while listening to the bells of Old Main.

We visited our daughter at U of A and this was a great home to stay in. The location is perfect and the house was well stocked. There was plenty of room and a very comfortable living room.

Great communication from host. House was comfortable and provided everything we needed for a nice weekend with our family. Convenient location to campus, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores.

Lots of room for extended family. Was wonderfully decorated and stocked with all the necessities for an optimal stay. Was even decorated for Christmas!
