📝 GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you’ll find reservation and property details, access codes, and more. During registration, you’ll be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload your driver’s license and a selfie (don’t worry – it’s super simple!).
📜 HOUSE RULES
These are all no-brainers but we don’t want any confusion, so we’re gonna state the obvious:
– no smoking (for real)
– no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)
– no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)
💸 OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
• $249 / pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets). Pets cannot be left unattended. This applies to ADA and service animals as well.
⚠️ MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details prior to booking.
🚫 We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50-mile radius.
📹 SECURITY CAMERAS:
Stay Minty properties may be equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells.

And great news for you, we both have the same goal: for your stay to be nothing short of perfect. With that said, sometimes the unexpected happens. Our homes are houses, no different than yours. Maybe ours are a little cooler, but that’s why you’re here. If anything comes up, we promise to spring into action faster than Taylor Swift after a break-up and do everything we can to resolve it… and then maybe write a hit album about it. I mean, we are from “Music City, USA”.
**Note: Age Requirement and Security Deposit Policy
Guests under the age of 25 are required to provide a $750 security deposit or proof of damage insurance prior to check-in.
This policy is in place to ensure the protection and care of our properties. The deposit will be fully refundable after checkout, pending inspection and confirmation that no damages occurred during the stay.

Easy check in process with a detailed list of what to do when you got there and what information was needed. Great kitchen for a large family to eat at the island. Wonderful pool/fire pit area to grill and hang out.

Host manager helped us get there early when our groceries arrived earlier than expected to put them inside. Great hosts and Greta experience.

This was a decent cabin that had been renovated, the floors and very unleveled the master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and on blocks because the floor was slanted. The kitchen was nice but the refrigerator wasn’t working and took a couple days to get replaced. The outside hot tub was nice but hard to get to had to go out the front door and no real path except the sloped driveway. This would be ok for a long weekend but not a whole week. We left a day early because it just wasn’t comfortable. I will say the property manager was excellent and very accommodating and communicated the whole week and reacted to anything we needed.
