Close to Pigeon Forge shops and entertainment. The house had plenty of space, liked that the bedrooms were on different levels. We'll decorated.
The light in the upper bedroom would not turn off. Could not locate the remote. Slept with light on and fan on high for 2 nights. Did contact the management and was told they would check it out after check out time. Some lights were out in the bathrooms.

Loved how close it was to Dollywood, the Smokies, and most activities. Good location. Beds were comfortable and hot tub was great! TVs in every bedroom. Bathroom on each level.
Little things need fixing. Multiple light bulbs were out through out home, many light switches did not work, some electrical plugs need replacing as things would fall out when plugged in. Decor is very 1990s and could use some updating

Location and sleep compasity were great.
Showers were on the smaller side. It wasn't as clean as I'd have expected.

Great location, close to everything we wanted to do
Gas was shut off for non-payment the first day we were there. Wasn’t fixed until the night before we left. No refund of any amount has been offered. 5 adults having to take cold showers is not fun. Remote controls were taken apart and scattered in different places of the house, no batteries in them or any where for replacement. Only one worked once we figured out what it went to
