Bear Valley Cabin by Beyond Expectations w Hot Tub

We loved the convenience of it to everything. Close to restaurants and activities

Maybe the view. We are used to staying at places either along the river or with a Mountain View

Location was close to all the Pigeon Forge attractions. No real steep roads to get to the cabin.

I wished the other bedroom with the king bed was on the main level with the other one, going up and down the steps was a little struggle. The pots and pans are in dire need of upgrade. Everything sticks. There is water standing when taking a shower in the lower level bathtub. It was my first time staying at a cabin with no pool table and I missed it more than I thought. You could take out the foosball table and replace with a pool table.

I loved the space and beds that thw cottage provided. The hot tub was nice. It was close to all the locations. The beds slept great!

I did not enjoy that trash was not accommodated due to less space. For someone who stays a week with a family this was not feasible. Should provide additional locked trash space. Get bath mats or towels to step on.

The property was well clean and equipped with all that you needed to feel at home and safe.

The main thing I didn’t like was the pans in the kitchen were very cheap and would burn the food. I suggest bringing your own pans or eat out. Also, the light in the lower level back king room didn’t work at all. It’s very dark and gloomy in there.
