This two-story luxury villa offers over 4,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space. Enjoy bright, open interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and multiple terraces ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
Outdoors, unwind in your private swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by lush golf course views and partial ocean views. The home layout provides both shared gathering spaces and private retreats, making it ideal for families or small groups traveling together.
Services & Amenities Included
-Daily housekeeping (except Sundays)
-Cook service for breakfast or lunch, Monday–Saturday (groceries not included)
-Private 6-passenger golf cart for easy transportation throughout Punta Mita
-Premier Membership with access to Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses
-Dedicated on-site concierge for dining reservations, activities, excursions, and in-villa services
-Surfboards and paddleboards available for guest use
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire villa, including the private pool, jacuzzi, terraces, golf cart, and Premier Membership access to Punta Mita beach clubs (subject to availability and club policies).

We loved the house it was beautiful. Best location access to all the beach clubs and right by town. Staff and concierge were incredible and really took care of us! Loved everything

The house was great. The housekeeper was sensational (even with NO English). The pre-arrival process was a bit of a problem. Communication was difficult. All's well that ends well, however. Oh, I would have liked some full height hanging space in the closet....Kathy

The villa had everything we needed, was clean and beautifully decorated. Bibi the cook and housekeeper was incredible. Everything she made for the breakfasts and lunches was delicious.
