"My family and I just rented Condo Azul Punta Mita for 1 week; the condo has an absolutely amazing view, it's beautifully furnished, clean, bright and very well equipped and stocked with all the essentials that you will need for a wonderful stay. The condo easily hosted 6 adults and two small children; we had plenty of room, and our 1 and 2-year-olds loved the infinity pool. Our family enjoyed the location which is very close to the St. Regis, and to the SUFI Beach Club. Place was in a great location and sunset view was amazing. We loved our cook and housekeeper Gloria. The only minor issues we had was ice machine was empty not working on arrival and pool lights never worked even after asking our concierge. Overall a great trip.

Seamless airport pick up, check in and communication. Nicely appointed large condo with lots of shade and deck infinity pool. Nice golf cart for use. While you will have “access” to all of the beach clubs, they will charge you quite a hefty day use fee. Cautionary tale for those traveling to the area for the surf. The entire coastline has been privatized, and you cannot simply walk to any of the surf breaks. You can access El Faro from Sufi, the only place you wont have to pay to access. Long paddle but doable. You will be staring at Bahia, but can only go surf it the usual boat taxi way. You can; drive to Anclote/Stinky’s like anyone else, and can drive to La Lancha for free if you get there before the beach club opens. I wouldn’t fault this listing by giving a bad review, but I’ll never stay “behind the gates” again as I go there to surf. So frustrating not having known ahead of time. I even had a friends owners “surf pass” to walk to Bahia but it had a photo ID and they wont let renters pass. Security everywhere.

The view from the property said it all! We were lucky enough to be able to book extremely short notice and everything be seamless! The cook was nothing short of amazing and the view was stunning! We will certainly be back.

This was our first time to Punta Mita and we could have not asked for a better location. The condo was absolutely stunning. Huge outdoor area with infinity pool/ table and seating area where we spent our mornings listening to the waves and watching the morning surfers! The bedrooms and bathrooms are enormous and the kitchen appliances and whole layout is top notch. The beach clubs were amazing ( favorites from my boys were El Surf, Kupuri and Pacifico). Golf courses were beautiful. Easy access to everything with our golf cart! And Gloria our housekeeper/ chef was the icing on the cake. Here food was the best we had while on vacation! We will be back.
