When looking to the Rivera Nayarit for your vacation to unwind, relax, and enjoy all Mexico has to offer, we have just the place for you. Only 45 minutes away from the Puerto Vallarta Airport will you find a true Mexican paradise at Las Marietas Condominiums at Punta Mita. Located in one of the most sought-after properties in Punta Mita, Nayarit is this spectacular first floor condominium with an open functional layout with scenic views to the beach.
This “Casa away from your Casa” is located inside the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita development with spectacular ocean views and beautifully decorated rooms with you in mind.
Inside you will find yourself in a spacious living area with the clean modern lines of an open concept that includes a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island that is perfect for prepping meals and entertaining guests at the same time. The dining room has a beautifully table that seats eight comfortably. The focal point of the home to relax and entertain guests is the living room with very comfortable seating and most importantly are the slide back patio doors bring in that indoor/outdoor feeling making you want to go outside where you will find your own private patio with a bar-b-q grill and your private plunge pool. If you find yourself not wanting to cook, you have your choice of local restaurants on the property or the nearby village where you can enjoy some of the best cuisine ever.
There are three bedrooms with your comfort in mind. There is a Master Bedroom that is the ultimate retreat with a king-sized bed with soft white pristine bedding and is connected to the spa-like Master Bath with richly appointed white granite and has a shower and a soaking tub that is perfect for relaxing tired muscles. You can enjoy your morning coffee right outside in your own private patio relaxing on a hammock. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed that has soft cozy bedding and its own private bathroom. It has its own private patio where you can eat or have a cup of coffee while watching the waves roll in. The third bedroom has bunk beds with soft comfortable bedding and its own private bath and a patio looking out to the beach.
Included amenities are a golf cart for use within the property, daily maid service, high-speed WiFi, welcome toiletries, and concierge services.
You can enjoy a game of golf at the Pacifico and Bahia Golf Course designed by golf legend Jack Nicklaus at a discounted price. There are other sports to enjoy at the tennis facility, the fitness facility or take a yoga class beachside. You can relax at the Pacifico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, and Surf Ocean Club.

Great location, great unit downstairs - pools are larger & you don't have to worry about kids splashing and playing in pool which is a problem in the upstairs units. The views are beautiful and super close to the St. Regis.

My husband and I along with 4 of our friends had a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa was spacious (inside and out), open and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The golf cart was nice to have as everything is about 10 minute ride away. We enjoyed all the beach clubs especially Kupuri. Delicious breakfast served couple of mornings was an added bonus. The location of the villa was also wonderful with beautiful views of the lush grounds and ocean. It was a much needed serene stay.

We’ve stayed in the Punta Mita area several times in the last 10 years, both as a couple and with our children, and my wife and I both agreed this was our favorite rental yet. Very modern and well designed condo with a view of the sunset over the ocean…what more can you ask for in a vacation? The layout was perfect for my family and we made use of the heated infinity pool at the start and end of each day. Our concierge, Adriana, was prompt about answering any questions and our housekeeper/breakfast chef made meals that both my daughters loved. The use of the golf cart included with the rental was a great perk and made getting to and from each of the beach clubs a breeze. Highly recommended and we are already looking forward to a return visit soon!
