About this house rental
One of the few split level 4 bedroom detached villas in Las Palmas, Near the 4th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Pacifico Golf course, where you can see the famous ‘Tail of the Whale’ island green, Casa Sabba embodies Punta Mita’s open-air lifestyle. Guests are just a 5 minute walk to the Pacifico Beach Club, which is only accessible by members and guests of Punta Mita.
This great property features indoor and outdoor dining and living spaces, top of the range appliances and BBQ, Private pool with optional safety guard for kids and Private secluded garden.
Premium Punta Mita Membership (SPORT) includes access to Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Porta Fortuna (SUFI) Beach Club and the new El Surf Club at La Lancha. (fees may apply)
Access to Gym, and Tennis courts. (fees apply)
Additional fees apply and access is prioritized for hotel guests for access to St. Regis Beach Club.

We offer VIP Concierge services which include pre-arrival planning (transfers, groceries, menú selection for meals, activities and general information on the área), reception with complimentary amenity and onsite assistance. Our offices are located 10 minutes away from the condo, allowing us to answer any request for housekeeping or maintenance immediately.
The published condo rental rates includes a 6 person golf cart, cook and daily housekeeping.
If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)

All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your Airbnb reservation is confirmed.
Guests will need to provide a scanned ID or photo that will be used to set up beach club access cards. They will also need to electronically sign access forms.
If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.
All guests must sign a Vallarta Rentals rentals contract prior to check in.

The villa is in a beautiful location and the concierge, through Vallarta Rentals, was great, as was the housekeeper Rosa. The stay includes access to the best beach clubs and the close amenities. The villa itself needs some TLC - pillows and cushions are frayed, upholstery is stained, pool tiles are loose and the lattice roof on the patio has some termite infestation. These are relatively minor repairs that would enhance the aesthetics and enjoyment of Casa Saba. It's a delightful place and the concierge service was excellent.

We love Punta Mita and this villa is in a great central location. Theresa was a terrific housekeeper and Pedro was the best concierge we have ever had. The house could use a couple simple repairs and updates but it was a great price and very clean.

The property is spacious and lovely. There was plenty of room for our group. We appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen, it had everything you would need, the drinking water that was replenished, comfy beds in every room and the housekeeping. We did not take advantage of the chef services as we like to cook and do our own shopping.
We had a few issues that were mostly resolved quickly. No hot water for two days (I reported on second day after it was apparent that it wasn’t a one-time issue). It was repaired that day. The TV in the Primary Suite died but was not replaced. There is also a very strong smell coming from the second bedroom upstairs. My husband thought a sewer issue in that bathroom, we just ignored it.
We were surprised that there were fees to use the gym and athletic facilities. $40 a day per person for a gym is pretty steep. Tennis and pickle ball were pricey too. I guess we missed that in the fine print.
Our Concierge Majo was responsive and fantastic to work with. She was always available and worked very hard to help make our stay great!
