The first floor offers an open floor plan living space with tasteful decor. The well-appointed kitchen boasts a breakfast bar with seating for four and a preparation sink for added convenience. The open and airy living area features a TV and direct access to the covered deck with Adirondack chairs. Each bedroom on the second floor offers a private bathroom for the primary bedroom of your choice.

We always love coming to SGI-the house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and with a golf cart, getting around was a breeze! It was super hot, heat advisory hot for several days of our stay so the pool was more like a warm bath, overall the house was clean and we had a great time!!

We enjoyed our stay! Small pool was nice for cooling iff with 2 kids. Concrete parking area under the house was nice for shade, cleaning off sand, and leaving beach equipment., The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for our adult children.
Would have been nice to have use of the charcoal grill. 21/2 blocks to the peach was good for us.

The location was wonderful! The house was a quick walk to the beach. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay. There were a few areas this house needs some TLC. The outer decking and patios are very weather and many boards were split which was a safety concern. The kitchen lacked a lot of basics to make cooking and preparing meals a challenge. There were no pizza cutters, large stirring spoons were missing, as well as spatulas, additionallymany of the pots and
