This was a great place to stop over on our way to California. Was clean, A/C worked great (and it was HOT outside). 10 of us with 2 pets. Very hard to find a pet friendly place. The price was great. Bedrooms were good sized we appreciated the blackout blinds. We originally thought the beds were going to be too firm, but everyone commented on how comfortable the beds turned out to be. That was really appreciated. The owner was extremely attentive. Absolutely no problems with communication. Highly recommended.

House was clean but in need of repairs. Back yard has absolutely no shade with weeds growing up through the gravel.
