The home was in a great location for us. The rental rate was well worth it, and just as described on the page. There is plenty of natural light, which is great in the day, not so much in the morning. The downside side is the house is too bright for those sleeping in the living room. So my only suggestion is darker or blackout curtains.

We enjoyed it especially cuz we have kids and they wanted to stay and play on the games but we explored a little of Vegas thanks

We stayed for a little over a month. Great neighborhood and clean cozy house.

We booked this home months in advance and were extremely disappointed upon arrival. The house was dusty, dirty, and clearly not properly prepared for guests. To make matters worse, the AC was broken when we checked in, leaving the house unbearably hot after a very long day of travel. We had to wait hours for it to be serviced, which took up nearly half of our day and significantly impacted our stay.For a property booked so far in advance, we expected much better care, cleanliness, and maintenance. Unfortunately, the experience felt very unorganized and stressful from the start. I do appreciate that someone was eventually sent out to repair the AC, but this issue should have been addressed before guest arrival. Overall, it was not the comfortable and relaxing experience we had hoped for.
