MIMARU Tokyo Nihombashi Suitengumae

We stayed at MIMARU Tokyo Nihombashi Suitengumae as a family of three for our week in Tokyo. It was an outstanding stay from start to finish, and one of the most family-friendly hotels we have ever stayed in. Wonderful staff throughout Every member of the front desk team was friendly, warm and always helpful. Whether we needed directions, a taxi or advice, or just had a question at the end of a long day, they welcomed us with a smile and went out of their way to help. We always felt looked after. A special thank-you to Mr Dong I want to give special thanks to Mr Dong. During our stay we lost two shopping bags in Ginza, and he took it on as if it were his own problem. He was incredibly kind, patient and reassuring, which meant a lot when we were worried. He went completely out of his way, making several calls to the taxi company, the GU store and the police station until he found where our bags had been handed in. He then prepared a clear written note in Japanese with all the details for us to take to the police station, which made collecting the bags quick and stress-free. Thanks to him, we got everything back. His thoughtfulness and dedication turned a stressful situation into a positive memory of our trip. Thank you, Mr Dong! Perfect for families The apartment-style room gave us plenty of space, and the bunk beds were a huge hit with my 5-year-old; he loved them. The kitchenette made it easy to prepare simple meals and snacks, and the coin laundry, with detergent added automatically, was very convenient mid-trip. The room was spotless and quiet. Excellent location and transport Suitengumae station (Hanzomon Line) is just a few minutes' walk away, with direct trains to Shibuya and Oshiage, and easy connections to Ginza, Ueno and Asakusa. Kayabacho station (Hibiya and Tozai Lines) is also within walking distance. T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) is right next to Suitengumae station, which is very convenient for airport buses. Convenience stores are close by, and the neighbourhood is calm and safe, which is lovely to come back to after a busy day in Tokyo. Overall A clean, spacious, very well-run hotel in a great location, with staff who genuinely care. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Tokyo.

住宿環境乾淨,進大門有一股很香很舒服得味道,地點鄰近地鐵站及T-CAT,周邊非熱鬧區域,但很安靜我很喜歡,服務人員態度好,且有耐心

Very clean, spacious, great location, will come back .

We loved this place overall and is always great for families. Location was okay, not the best but still relatively close to train stations. Could be improved if they had daily room service instead of alternate day.
