    A hotel with twin beds offering it at a fair price. Room is small but it's manageable for 2pax. You can only open carry-on luggages comfortably. If you open a large luggage, you can't walk around. But it's okay. Location is very near TCAT so it's easy to get to the airport. Hanzomon Line also provides quick access to the city center. Seven, FamilyMart, and Lawson are all nearby. For facilities, there was only one of each for the washing machine and dryer so I had to wait for others to finish before getting to put mine in. I think this is the only drawback for me. I would like to commend the hotel staff for being so accommodating! They received my packages ahead of time and gave them to me when I arrived. Since we arrived before checkin time, we left our luggages at the reception and when we got back, they already delivered our luggages in our room. This is the first time I experienced that in Japan. Since I had a lot of packages, they lent me a cart so I can bring them up easily, and the boxes were disposed free of charge (I confirmed this via email before ordering). Overall, I was really happy with the service they provided. I'll definitely come back.

    I had a pleasant star at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially if you are traveling to or from the airport. It is also within walking distance. To 3 subway stations, making it easy to explore different parts of Tokyo. The room is what you expect from a typical Japanese business hotel, it is compact but clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive and always willing to help. One small downside is that the complimentary coffee, toothbrushes and other amenities are placed in the lobby to pick up themselves. I understand this is done to reduce waste, I felt a bit shy about helping myself and would have preferred to have these items provided in the room.

    The room was abit dirty. A lot of dust beside the bed space and the toilet smells bad😭 I stayed for 5 days in total but abit upset of the room cleanlinest. The location is good and very close to bus station that goes directly to Haneda. The staff are nice too.
