    not the cheapest option in the area but worth it- the staff are accommodating and the breakfast has a great choice of options. We had a private pool and got upgraded to a suite which was lovely. Pools were very cold though!

    Certainly enjoyed our stay at Crystal Waters; wished we could have stayed longer however we were on a tour through Greece and still had plenty more places to visit.

    Nice hotel but some hits and misses. The hits include the facilities are good, pools are nice but hotel is big nd so lots of people crammed into 3 pools. The guests are also big on putting down their towel as a marker and only returning 2 hours later to the reserved lounge chairs. The hotel should stop this. Some of the staff are super friendly like the check in staff and soem of the wait staff but then some are avg at best. Food at the pool is really good as is the fusion asian restaurant, but the breakfast is avg at best. We had to switch rooms after the first night because of our booking which was fine but the rooms were interesting, the first night the room was more basic but lovely space with big bathroom which was really nice. Interior view which was fine but the room lacked basic things like hooks to hang up clothes. The second room was suppossed to be more luxury, view by the pool and bigger with bedroom and lounge. Issue was that bathroom was half the size of previous room, tiny. and bed was also smaller. We actaully preferred the first room. This might be petty, but no coffee in the rooms which we found wierd. These days you find this in 2 star hotels. All in it was good but not a 5 star hotel for the prices.
